Lexmark is looking for a skilled Scrum Master with a passion for Software development and a desire to be a servant leader to a creative team of Software Engineers to deliver value on an award-winning Lexmark Cloud Platform, specifically in the Solutions domain. The Scrum Master will play a key role in collaborating to create & grow the Development team under the guiding principles of Scaled Agile Framework.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid foundation in Agile with experience in using SAFe methodology in a software development environment. The candidate must be a self-starter, exhibit the ability to lead discussions and help solve conflict while remaining focused on returning value to the business in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Helps the team define how they want to execute work during sprints/program increments
Holds team accountable to the process they helped them define
Guides the team through Program Increment Planning process
Participates in Scrum of Scrum meetings during Program increment planning and during the sprints
Helps remove impediments for the team
Coordinates inter team dependencies during PI planning and execution
Guides the team through constant process improvement through retros and then follow through on those retro items
Helps the team to make improvements based on key metrics (lead time, number of defects per release, mean time to recover from defects, deployment frequency)
Champion the use of tools to tie activities at the Delivery Team Level to the Program team level and items at the Portfolio Team Level
Champion the use of tools to track key metrics (lead time, number of defects per release, mean time to recover from defects, deployment frequency)
Skills Necessary
Must understand Agile theory and (preferred) SAFe concepts
Must understand Lean theory and concepts (MVP, Iterative Delivery, Learning/Measuring/Adjusting
Must have a Continuous Improvement/Learning mindset
Must be organized
Some Program Management skills can be helpful, but this is not Program Management

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems preferred
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and their interaction with business processes
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Experience leading technical teams to deliver solutions
Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently
Ability to handle multiple projects and activities in a timely, organized manner
Must be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive, and work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Ability to facilitate meetings and action plans
Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with intermediate levels of management
Ability to flexibly accept dynamically changing priorities
Must be a strong team player
