Lexmark Authorized Service Technician will arrive at the customer location, generally the next business day, to install and prepare the printer for operation.
Configuration of the printer being installed can include many services for the customer, including: Network / IP Address, Configuration Settings, Driver Installation Guidance, Power Saver Settings, Paper Tray Settings, and Optional Advanced Functions, such as scan-to-network and scan-to-fax set up.
If replacing another device, the model being replaced will often be eligible for de-installation without charge. This entails disconnecting the old printer so the new printer may be installed. The old printer will be packed and prepared so the customer may have it removed from the area.
