Our Warranty Service Plans include product support by telephone, email, online and chat. And if a problem can’t be resolved remotely, a Technical Support Center Agent will initiate steps to address the matter quickly, based on your service plan. This could mean sending you a replacement printer (usually on the next business day), dispatching a certified technician to your location, or other convenient solutions.
After the Base Limited Warranty period, a Lexmark Extended Limited Warranty can provide affordable coverage for up to a total of five years, on many products, to give you continuing peace of mind.
