Dateline - January 15, 2018 - Lexmark International, a global imaging solutions leader, today announced the 2018 version of its successful Lexmark Connect partner program, through which it meets the current and future needs of resellers.
The newest version offers different tracks to greater success, tailored to the specific business model and customer base of Lexmark partners: a business solutions track, focused on offering value-added services; and a volume track for resellers that focus on selling in a transactional model.
At the same time, Lexmark Connect strengthens its offerings of products, services and solutions; training and tools for marketing and sales; and its wide range of benefits that include professional resources for demand generation, price differentiation and performance incentives, among others.

Registered partners gain access to Lexmark’s PartnerNet portal that offers exclusive marketing and sales tools, training, content and other resources. Then, based on revenue attainment, they can qualify for the Silver, Gold or Diamond tier, each of which offers enhanced benefits. On top of that, they can also earn “Expertise” credit for existing capabilities and training completions. Accumulating Expertise leads to additional offerings and benefits, depending on track and tier.
Among the benefits the partners will receive include: direct support from a Lexmark Partner Account Manager; key product and service offerings; in-depth sales training; high-quality showroom and online marketing materials to engage customers; special promotions, rebates and incentives; co-branded advertising opportunities to promote the company and Lexmark, and many more.
Lexmark Connect is also going global. The partner program is being launched in Latin America today, and will eventually reach other countries throughout the world under the same framework.
