Making a lasting impression

Along with employee satisfaction, we value our customers and help them Make a Lasting Impression on their worlds. Every employee plays a key role in driving this vision.

In the community

Lexmark supports the local communities we call home. With more than 50 offices around the world, we’re global in nature, but also local at heart. Employees are encouraged to volunteer and become involved in charities and  organizations so we can give back where it's needed most. To encourage this,  each employee receives up to three paid volunteer days off per year to work with qualified agencies.

We also have a robust environmental, social and governance (ESG) program that remains a source of pride throughout all of our work. Learn more about our corporate social responsibilities efforts.

Diversity, equity and inclusion

Lexmark’s vibrant corporate culture is fueled by the talent, diversity and drive of our employees. We know that a diverse workforce can provide the insight and innovation needed to design products and solutions that meet the needs of all of our customers.

We operate and serve in a multicultural world, and our customers span across  many industries, business areas and geographies. The more diverse our team,  the better we can understand our customers and their unique challenges. That's  why we are always looking for individuals who will enhance our multidimensional family. Lexmark has nine  diversity network groups where employee volunteers come together to support particular constituencies and sponsor companywide events.

Lexmark is proudly an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
