Lexmark is the ideal place to start your career, whether it’s while you’re still in school or after graduation. Opportunities for full-time college students include summer internships, semester co-ops and part-time positions. We're also a proud sponsor of the GEM program (Graduate Degrees for Minorities in Engineering and Science). GEM participants receive a $22,500 stipend while completing a master's degree and two summer internships with Lexmark.
In addition to real work assignments, interns participate in a wide variety of professional and social activities, including share sessions with executives, intramural sports and technical symposiums.
Many of our interns have such great experiences that they pursue a full-time position with Lexmark after graduation. We offer attractive, competitive entry-level positions in a variety of fields. Students with technical degrees can take advantage of our Technical Rotation Program, designed to recruit and hire top, diverse, entry-level talent and expose them to various parts of the business to prepare them for future technical and/or managerial leadership roles. Throughout the two-year program, participants rotate through three 8-month rotations. At the end of the program, they are placed in an area of the business that matches their background and interests.
