Order Information

What is my order status?

Information about your order is available on lexmark.com. From the home page, choose “Order Status” and then enter your order number and email address when prompted.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We currently do not accept international credit cards.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will not bill your card until your order is shipped. This includes backordered or preordered items, as well as items shipped separately—we will bill your card only when each item is shipped.

How will the charge appear on my credit card?

The charge will appear as CDW Direct LLC. Please refer to CDW terms and conditions for more information.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

This depends on your order, where you are ordering from, and where you are shipping to. We take care of it for you during checkout—immediately after you have entered your billing and/or shipping address, we will calculate any applicable sales tax and add it to your total for you to review.

Sales Tax Exemptions: We will credit sales tax for tax exempt entities. Please email your receipt or order number and a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address. Please email your certificate to myaccount@lexmark.com

How can I get a copy of my invoice?

To view and print your invoice, please view your order history in My Account page and click on "My Orders".

Can I order without a credit card?

We only accept credit cards for payment.

What address should I enter in the billing information screen?

For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

How do I enter a different shipping address?

You may add a different shipping address during checkout.

Why was my credit card declined?

Your card may have expired or reached its limit. Or a credit card computer, either on our end or your bank’s end, may have encountered a machine error.
If you do have problems, you can contact Customer Service for assistance. Please provide them any error message numbers you may have received, as well as the order number from the shopping cart.

Where can I get technical support for my product?

What’s the deal with “cookies” and why does Lexmark want me to accept them?
